Claims ProcessAll claims to this warranty must be made through Ewheelz. and submitted to info@ewheelz.co.za Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at info@ewheelz.co.za as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Ewheelz within 1 years of initial purchase.Ewheelz will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.Shipping Damage ClaimsIn rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact info@ewheelz.co.za and provide us with photo or video proof.NOTICE:we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.Repair ServiceFor repair services, Ewheelz will only provide free replacement parts.All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.Limitation of DamagesExcept to the extent prohibited by applicable law,Ewheelzshall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even whenEwheelz has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
